PCA - MPWG-Conservation Committee
2005 Field Season

This year, MPWG-Conservation Committee is coordinating with the Garden Club
of America-Partners for Plants Program to conduct inventory and/or
monitoring projects in three States (See "States and Dates," below).

These projects are located on federal land, with scientific oversight
provided by federal site leaders. Each project focuses on collecting
status information on a specific medicinal plant. Project details are
provided in the attached documents.

The work force for these projects are primarily volunteers, coordinated by
The Garden Club of America-Partners for Plants Program. There is a limited
opportunity for additional volunteers to participate in these projects. If
you are interested in volunteering, please contact the volunteer
coordinator listed under each project.
