[MPWG] Chinese smugglers caught with 1800 Kg American Ginseng

Regarding the story below about the capture of ginseng smugglers.  The
American ginseng seized was cultivated roots grown in Canada, and the 2.4
million is Hong Kong currency (divide by 8 to get US dollars).
