Siddhars are the ancient scientific saints lived some, 1000to 1300 years ago

And they wrote medicinal books, which we south Indian native doctors are

Following today. They tried to extend their life and succeeded in that also.

T hey say that they lived 200to300years.This method is called KAYAKALPAM.

T heir writings are in poetic form and difficult to understand. They tell 90% truth
