again, I removed a lot of garlic mustard for two reasons. My strategy is to get
at least 80 % of the second year plants removed before April so that 1, we do
not miss a single adult with so many seeds, and 2, to have less work to do

removed 100% of the adult garlic mustard from </SPAN>Montpelier Mansion Nature
Trail<SPAN class=328581114-21062013>, Little Paint Branch Park, Cherry Hill
Park, and Magruder Woods </SPAN>i<SPAN class=328581114-21062013>n Prince
George's County, and Swann Park in Charles County. We searched the entire 400
acres of these 5 parks and, hopefully, did not miss any. Remember for
next year: do not miss a single adult because of the seeds. The spray
treatments before seeds started forming were for small mono-cultural patches.

we completed the routine Trumbule Trail side and we began the Western side in
preparation for new leadership for that side of the park. Montpelier took 1
person during one day</SPAN>.<SPAN class=328581114-21062013> The traditional
Trumbule Trail side of Magruder took 27 volunteers a total of 32 person hours.
Swann Park took 8 volunteers a total of 58 person hours. Cherry Hill took 5
volunteers 29 person hours and Little Paint Branch Park took 33 volunteers 84
person hours.</SPAN></FONT></STRONG></DIV>
