I working in the field. Yet, from the reading that I have done about Butterfly
Bush, I think that the wide-scale planting of Butterfly Bush in one particular <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:PlaceType w:st="on">county</st1:PlaceType> of <st1:PlaceName
 w:st="on">New Hampshire</st1:PlaceName></st1:place> would be a mistake. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

also difficult to understand is why the National Resources Conservation Service,
with a mandate to conserve each state’s soil, water, and other natural
