Subject: [afrc_list] Emerald Ash Borer<br><br>
Does anyone have any information on alternative control of Emerald Ash
Borer (besides cutting and burning)?<br><br>
See message below:<br><br>

<blockquote type=cite class=cite cite="">"We have a huge problem
here with the emerald ash borer.  The metro park<br>
board here has approved removing one-third of the trees in a metro
park<br>
here - hundreds of ash trees.  Many more are everywhere.  I
have five in my<br>
yard - they are very old big trees. It seems that all of the ash trees
are<br>
slated for removal to try and stay their spread.<br>
Is there anything else that can be done beside removal??
Help...."</blockquote></blockquote><br>
