This new DC-based NGO may be of interest. While their website reflects a
focus on invasive animals (including the use of the term "wildlife" to mean
animals), at least two of the partners are from the plant-side (e.g.,
Ecological Society of America, National Association of Exotic Plant Pest
Councils), so perhaps more is coming in the way of plant info.  Might be
good to link up APWG and its resources with this group.
