FL TWS-FLEPPC 2014 Spring Conference
April 28th - May 1st, 2014

SAVE THE DATE!  The Florida Chapter of The Wildlife Society and the Florida
Exotic Pest Plant Council will jointly hold the annual Spring Conference on
April 28-May 1, 2014 at the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa.  The theme for
this joint conference is Breaking Bad in Florida: Gaining Ground on
Invasive Plants and Animals in the 21st Century.  Speakers and
presentations will be integrated to illustrate the issues surrounding
wildlife and their habitats and the advancements in invasive plant and
animal control.  In addition to this overall theme, individual research and
management projects will continue to be a focus during technical sessions.
 This conference will also provide an opportunity to earn continuing
education credits for herbicide applicators and possibly other
certifications.

Additional details will be forthcoming in future conference reminders as
well as on the http://www.fltws.org conference page website.  Managers,
researchers, administrators, educators, students, and all natural resource
professionals will benefit from the information exchange and networking
opportunities available at this Spring Conference.
