The aliens have landed

TORONTO - Ontario is under alien attack.

The province has more invasive plants and fish than the rest of the 
country and the government may need special powers to go onto private 
property to deal with the problem, says the Ontario Invasive Species 
Strategic Plan, posted this week on the province's environmental registry 
for public comment.
