[APWG] NEWS: Weed Heroes: The War on the Invader Cogongrass

There always seems to be plenty of money to fight wars of any sort it 
seems if the issue is pitched in that manner. It is a sad testament to 
our culture that environmental issues need to become "wars" complete 
with heroes, villains, victims, victors and collateral damage to get any 
attention.
