[APWG] BLM weed-management plan

A Draft of the Integrated Weed Management Plan for the BLM Arizona Phoenix
District is now available.  The contract for preparation of the Plan
requires external review.  Your corrections and suggestions for improvement
would be sincerely appreciated.
