Dear All,

I just found and excellent web page, for plant location data and the
ability to map those locations world-wide, at http://data.gbif.org/species

I used this web site  to map some of the exotic grass species that are
widespread in California, which are thought to be of European origin, to
see if they could have originally come from North Africa, for example.
