[APWG] Plants Invasive GMO Eucalyptus species

I am attaching an APHIS document relating to the genetically engineered
eucalyptus.

Please note that the trees are having their cold sensitivity altered
(increased tolerance to cold).  This should dramatically increase their
invasive potential.
