[APWG] eradication futile without looking at underlying causes

I am pleased to see this type of research. It points out the futility of
simply trying to eradicate certain invasive plants without understanding
the underlying factors contributing to the invasion. I strongly suspect
that what is true for these 3 species has similar parallels for many
others. We need to step back and think before we whip out the herbicide
sprayers. It makes me wonder how much more taxpayer money will be
wasted in these attempts.
