Great piece in the NYT online about climate change and weeds, and about Lew
Ziska’s work at USDA.  It’s long, but quite informative, and also makes
clear that the federal government is not supporting this kind of work as it
needs to be supported, for biosecurity as well as ecological reasons.  More
on kudzu as biofuel source.  I apologize for cross-postings.
