Ah yes, the government will loan money to groups to buy chemicals to kill 
weeds. The chemical companies will profit handsomely from this and the 
lobbyists that are responsible for this type of legislation will be earning 
their pay. Follow the money and you will see where this is all coming from. No 
offense (and much appreciation) to Olivia who funds this listserve with her own 
money.
