[APWG] Pachysandra terminalis

All,

After much searching and frustration, might anyone know a good way to eliminate
Pachysandra terminalis? Pulling it most often leaves deeply embedded roots that
resprout and so far the two herbicides I tried do not seem to be killing it. Any
thoughts would be helpful!
