Looks like Chinese parasol tree (Firmiana?). Has vertically striped bark when trunk is about 4-6" diameter? I found 3 specimens growing in a non-landscaped area in Freedom Park in Charlotte, NC. Growing along w/ naturalized privet, eleagnus and Chinese holly. I assume that it has naturalized too.
