[APWG] Plant Identification

Could someone help us with a citizen request for information?

 Can you identify this tree by this attached leaf photo.  The leaf is about 18" across.  I found it growing in Wake county, NC.  The tree it came from was growing in complete shade and had grown about 30' tall.   Can't find it anywhere!!
