[APWG] Utility corridors and invasive trees/plants

Does anyone on these listservs know of a power company anywhere in the 
country which has a "model" protocol for managing Ailanthus, in particular, or other 
invasives along major power transmission lines (not local distribution lines 
in residential areas)? Thanks for any information you can give me.
