I am part of a grass roots, community organization seeking to control 
aquatic invasives in a deep 12 acre pond using SCUBA divers to 
handpull variated milfoil and fanwort.  We're in Massachusetts.

We are eagerly/desperately seeking expert testimony, scientific 
analysis, experience etc. which would support that this is an 
effective technique.
